About

Adv. Ala Diab is a partner at our firm, engaging in various areas of commercial-civil and administrative law.

Adv. Diab has extensive experience in civil litigation, commercial litigation, administrative law, criminal law, intellectual property, planning and building law, as well as public international law.    

Adv. Diab provides ongoing legal advice to the firm’s clients and represents them in courts, administrative tribunals, appeal committees, and arbitrations. He is responsible for precedents and case law in planning, municipal tax, and urban taxation that are regularly cited in court rulings.  

Prior to joining our firm, he was a senior partner at a leading firm.

He previously served for six years as a senior legal assistant to the Honourable Justice Edmund Levy in the Supreme Court of Israel.

At the outset of his professional career, he practised at the District Court under the Honourable Justice Mussia Arad. He also served as the legal advisor to the Saint Association for Civil Rights in the Occupied Territories and East-Jerusalem.

The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, LL.M. with Commercial Law Speciality, cum laude, 1999.

LL.M. in Law and Economics (European Master’s in Law and Economics) from the Hamburg University and Haifa University (LL.M.,2005) as well as a Master’s in Economics from the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna (2004)), and the Aix-Marseille University as part of the European elite program, Erasmus Mondus.
