Katia Grossman is a partner in our Corporate Law Department. She handles various commercial and corporate matters, including company law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and non-profit organisations.
Furthermore, Katia is an experienced litigator in civil, commercial and administrative cases.
Katia advises the firm’s clients – including, among others, entrepreneurs, real estate companies, food chains and retail chains – on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions transactions, financing matters, franchise agreements, ongoing commercial agreements, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Katia provides ongoing legal counsel to a wide range of domestic and international corporations, in different business areas, as well as to several non-profit organisations and entities.
During her LL.B. studies, she served as a member of the Refugee Rights Clinic.
