About

Adv. Nadav Abramovich is a partner in our firm’s Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department.

Mr Abramovich possesses substantial expertise in all facets of real estate law. Over the years, he has led some of the largest property transactions in Israel and has been involved in major planning procedures across the sector. He provides comprehensive legal counsel to the firm’s clients in a broad spectrum of matters, including the acquisition and disposal of real property, combination transactions, income-generating assets, joint ventures, and the structuring and representation of purchase groups. His practice further encompasses residential and commercial development schemes, as well as large-scale urban renewal projects, including regeneration initiatives and schemes under the National Outline Plan 38 (TAMA 38), with particular focus on taxation and financing considerations. 

Mr. Abramovich has in-depth knowledge of planning and construction law, and regularly represents clients before municipal authorities, planning committees, and appellate tribunals.
