Naftali Friedman is a partner in our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department; he has extensive experience and legal expertise handling a variety of transactions, proceedings and various legal actions in real estate and planning and construction.
Naftali provides accompaniment and legal counsel to various commercial companies in Israel, including, inter alia, some of the most prominent companies in the field of real estate, finance, high-tech, defence, some of the most important marketing chains, companies in the field of fashion, retail, import and distribution, private business people, hotel and tourism chains and sports teams.
He has gained a wealth of experience in accompanying developers, contractors, purchasing groups and landowners, in a multitude of real estate projects, throughout all stages of the project: from the initiation and purchase of land, planning and construction procedures, formation and regulation of financing, accompaniment in taxation aspects, sales agreements of units in the project and ending with the completion of their registration.
Naftali provides guidance and legal advice in real estate transactions and represents buyers and sellers in sales transactions of land, apartments and buildings. This includes hundreds of acres of industrial and residential land of all types, including option transactions, transfer of building rights, combination, real estate transactions in Judea and Samaria, real estate transactions combining renewable energy systems and second-hand sale transactions.
Moreover, he has a broad experience in representing landlords and tenants in complex tenancy agreements, with significant financial volumes and from the most prominent companies in the Israeli economy. Concurrently, Naftali is very familiar with the urban renewal arena, providing accompaniment to projects, rights holders and/or buyers in large-scale projects.
Experienced in drafting land lease agreement systems and managing all types of commercial centres, he provides counsel for the everyday management and protection of landlords’ rights and represents developers and contractors in agreements for the supply/receipt of complex construction services.
Naftali represents some of the best-known contractors in the country in the field of construction of commercial centres, offices, high-rise and luxury buildings and represents our clients before the planning entities, including planning and construction appeal committees and the various courts.
