PartnerOded Gross is a partner at our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, practicing complex civil and commercial litigation. Oded is an expert at representation on a wide range of commercial-economic law, particularly in the field of contract, companies and tender laws, and regularly represents banks, financial institutions, public and private companies as well as company officials and senior business persons at all legal instances and in arbitration proceedings.
Oded possesses unique expertise and extensive experience in managing crises and large claims in the field of construction and infrastructures.
Oded regularly represents entrepreneurs, construction and infrastructure companies of the largest on the market, and foreign companies on tenders in the field, and on extremely complex disputes that require specialized knowhow, at all legal instances and on engineering arbitration proceedings, both in Israel and in foreign jurisdictions.
Oded also specializes at enforcing foreign ruling and arbitration decisions in Israel, as well as experienced in performing judicial investigation and collecting affidavits from witnesses residing in Israel for legal proceedings conducted abroad.
Further to representing clients on litigation, Oded also serves as an arbitrator in his fields of expertise.
Oded is consistently recognized by The LEGAL 500 international ranking guide for his achievements in the field of Dispute Resolution – Local litigation and arbitration.
