Omri Shental is an associate in our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department. He has in-depth knowledge of the real estate field and provides ongoing legal advice to clients on a variety of domestic property transactions.

Omri represents entrepreneurships in nationwide projects comprising of hundreds of residential units, in sales contracts and accompanying new property transactions between buyers and contractors.

Furthermore, Omri specialises in all types of real estate contracts, including joint ownership agreements, construction services, property management, houses and flats sales with an emphasis on luxury properties, as well as residential and business leases.

In addition, Omri is highly experienced in dealing with the land registry offices, the Israel Lands Administration and tax authorities.
