Shirley Landau Avramski is an associate in our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, advising clients across a wide range of real estate and commercial transactions. She provides ongoing legal counsel in purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, and urban renewal projects – including TAMA 38 schemes and large-scale evacuation–construction initiatives.
In addition, Shirley represents and advises one of Israel’s largest banks – as well as several insurance companies – on credit facilities and the management of complex real estate securities.
