Vered has extensive and in-depth knowledge of the workings of the planning, enforcement, licencing and control authorities, government authorities, survey and mapping departments and registration bureaus, construction loans departments of the largest banks and non-bank financing entities. She provides counsel and accompaniment on significant, large-scale real estate transactions, such as hotel projects, shared work spaces, nursing hospitals, assisted living, extensive residential, industrial, commercial and logistics construction projects, dormitories, BOT transactions, and landowners on self-construction and renewal.

Vered accompanies developers, contractors, purchase groups and landowners throughout all stages of the project, from initiation and land purchase, planning and construction procedures, financing package formulation, accompaniment with tax consultants, sales agreements for units in the project to registration of the project as a condominium.

In addition, she is an expert in accompanying transactions for buying and selling high-value generating properties, from due diligence through to management of legal negotiations, including counsel on finance and tax matters, culminating with complex and intricate completion processes, including registration of rights at the registration bureaus and Israel Land Authority.

Vered is highly proficient at representing landlords and tenants in complex rental agreements with substantial financial volumes, and legally manages the assets of foreign residents relating to real estate investments in the State of Israel – while safeguarding clients’ interests. Vered’s services in this field include locating properties that match the client’s business portfolio and family fortune, accompanying and representing them in the acquisition and sale of the properties, with Israeli banks and in the ongoing properties management.
