Yaarit Yaakobi is an associate in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, with extensive experience in advising on real estate transactions and urban renewal projects, including evacuation and reconstruction projects (Pinui-Binui) and TAMA 38 projects.
As part of her practice, Yaarit advises apartment owners, developers and institutional entities throughout all stages of urban renewal projects, from negotiations and drafting agreements to project implementation and the handover of completed apartments.
Yaarit also has experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, including drafting sale and purchase agreements, advising on real estate taxation and property rights registration, as well as representing clients in legal proceedings involving real estate and civil and commercial disputes.
