PartnerYael Apple-Shoham is a partner at our Class Actions and Litigation Department, where she deals with class actions and commercial litigation.
Yael represents and accompanies complex litigation cases conducted in courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings in all areas of civil-commercial law.
Yael is highly experienced in representing defendants on substantial scale class actions, in a wide variety of areas, including, but not limited, to communications, transportation, privacy protection and regulation.
Yael was recognized by ‘The LEGAL 500’ international rating guide that recommended her work in the field of Dispute Resolution – Class Actions.
In addition, Yael lectures at conferences and seminars in the field of class actions, as well as having lectured on the issue of procedures in class actions at seminars on behalf of the Haifa District Assistant Courts.
