Yael Launer is a partner at our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, and specialises in the fields of Real Estate and Commercial Law.

Yael represents, manages and leads a variety of real estate transactions with a value of hundreds of millions of NIS for entrepreneurial companies, purchasing groups and landowners.

She is an expert in handling a variety of complex real estate transactions at all stages of the transaction, including revenue generating properties, hotels and logistics real estate, as well as entrepreneurship and project management. These transactions include, inter alia, the sale, purchase and management of profit-yielding assets, sale-and-leaseback transactions, hotel acquisitions and sales and drafting of rental and hotel management agreements, establishment and rental of logistic centers, purchase, management and leasing of assisted living and nursing homes. In addition, Yael accompanies contractors and residents on urban regeneration projects and purchase groups.

Furthermore, Yael specialises in drafting all types of real estate agreements, such as real estate sharing, construction services, real estate management and operation, financing and lending, sale of houses and luxury apartments, and leases for apartments and businesses.

Yael has a wealth of experience in dealing with various governmental authorities in the field of real estate, such as the Israel Land Authority, the Property Tax authority, The Land Registration Bureau and local authorities.

In the commercial arena, she handles a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, investments, acquisition of operations, corporate structural changes and shareholder agreements, including companies operating in the real estate, hotel and tourism industries. In addition, Yael offers ongoing guidance and advice to companies in their respective fields of operation.
