Legal Victory for Apartment Owners in Givatayim Urban Renewal Project

A NIS 10 million lawsuit filed by a developer against apartment owners in a Tama 38 project in Givatayim has been dismissed.

After nearly nine years during which the urban renewal project failed to progress, the apartment owners sought to terminate their agreement with the developer. In response, the developer filed a NIS 10 million claim, seeking to compel the owners to continue with the project.

Following the evidentiary stage of the proceedings in the Tel Aviv District Court, and after hearing the Court’s position, the developer agreed to the dismissal of the claim.
