On 25 January 2025, Amendment No. 16 to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law will enter into force.
The amendment extends the obligations under the law to include employees of outsourced service contractors working on-site at the client’s premises.
This new obligation is in addition to the existing duties that apply to an employer’s own employees and to manpower agency workers assigned to the employer.
