Our High-Tech Department recently took a well-deserved break for a relaxing and rural team day.

The Jerusalem-based team began the day with an immersive visit to Castel Winery in Yad HaShmona – a leading boutique winery specialising in premium wines. During the guided tour, the team explored the barrel cellar and production facility, while learning about the winery’s history, winemaking process, and local grape cultivation.

Next came a guided tasting of five different wines, each accompanied by expert explanations highlighting the distinct flavour profile of each variety. The experience was complemented by generous platters of cheeses, dips, and freshly baked breads.

The day concluded with lunch at NAYA – a mountain-style Asian restaurant in Beit Nekofa overlooking the Jerusalem Hills. The team enjoyed a diverse menu, tranquil atmosphere, and breathtaking views.
