Retired judge, Prof. Oded Mudrik, who serves as a special adviser to our firm, in an opinion piece for ‘Globes’.

In the piece, Prof. Mudrik refers to a petition submitted to the High Court against the Minister of Education, regarding the non-approval of the awarding of the Israel Prize to a professor who signed an application to the German government to revoke the recognition of the BDS movement as anti-Semitic, and expresses his position.
