The essential feature of interns work at the firm is the “departmental pool” method. In this manner, each intern is assigned to one of the firm’s departments (under the training partner), and works regularly with the staff of lawyers in the assigned department. Often, according to firm requirements and in consideration of the intern’s fields of interest, the intern will have the opportuity to experience working with additional departments in various fields of occupation. 

Each intern is an integral and important part of the team handling each case. We encourage the interns at our firm to express their opinions, to aspire to independence and to enrich us of their knowledge. Any intern showing ability and desire, will find an attentive ear for their personal and professional development, because these are the people we want to cultivate.

In some departments there are 4 interns sharing an office and in others there are 2. We deem it important that interns share offices for professional prolificacy.

In addition, a unique enrichment program has been designed for the interns, within which they are introduced to lectures (both practical and applicable) from the firm’s professional staff on the firm’s various fields of occupation. The enrichment program is designed to reveal additional fields of occupation and activity to the interns and expand their knowledge.
