The joining team brings with it many years of experience in commercial law, with particular expertise in the fields of agricultural cooperative societies, moshavim and kibbutzim. Alongside a broad real estate and real estate taxation practice, the team has extensive accumulated knowledge and experience in the planning and execution of complex transactions, including transactions for the acquisition of rights in agricultural holdings, agricultural land and land designated for development.
Adv. Gabi Michaeli has over 35 years of experience in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on agricultural cooperative societies, moshavim and kibbutzim. Adv. Michaeli represents high-profile local and foreign entities, including in litigation and arbitration proceedings. His practice also focuses on intergenerational wealth transfer, including inheritances, wills, estate administration, objections to wills and protected tenancy matters.
Adv. Nira Ashkenazi has over 25 years of experience in real estate law (with a particular emphasis on agricultural holdings and farms), cooperative societies and intergenerational wealth transfer. Her practice focuses on inheritances, estate administration and distribution, drafting of wills, family arrangements, agreements between heirs, legal capacity and the preparation of enduring powers of attorney, as well as advising developers, contractors and residents in urban renewal projects (including real estate-related tax advice). Adv. Ashkenazi is a certified mediator on behalf of the Israeli Courts Administration and serves as an arbitrator in real estate matters.
