The case concerns a luxury residential tower being built as part of a shared complex with the Kempinski Hotel. The appeal sought the annulment of two building permits granted to the developer – one in 2019 and another in 2024.
The Committee ruled to cancel the most recent permit (2024), finding it to be tainted by illegality.
The residents’ committee is represented by Adv. Yacov Cohen, Head of our Planning & Zoning Department, alongside with Adv. Liat Volanovsky-Neuman and Adv. Orly Vidan, partners in our Planning & Zoning Department.
