25.05.2015 | Regional Labour Court Denies an Application to Certify a Class Action Claim Against Lighting Warehouse Ordering the Applicant to Pay Costs.

Our firm represented the Lighting Warehouse franchise in an application to certify a class action claim filed at the Labour Court, alleging that the redeemed vacation days, severance pay and pension paid by the franchise was deficient as it did not factor in bonuses paid by the company to employees.
