Omer Gadish
PartnerOmer Gadish is a partner and Head of our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department.
Omer possesses a wealth of experience in large-scale complex real estate transactions, residential and commercial projects, hotels, logistics, evacuation and rebuild, purchase groups, NOP (TAMA38) transactions, banking support, equity completion transactions, liens, collateral, loans and real estate taxation.
He also has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, including representing municipalities, local councils and the Israel Land Authority, in a great variety of legal proceedings in all the courts. In addition, Omer is experienced in corporate recovery, liquidations, freezing proceedings, receivership, handling bankruptcy proceedings, liens and collateral.
Omer is one of the Z. Landau Ltd. liquidators and has, over the years, handled receivership and real estate cases of the equity completion company Menif Financial Services Ltd.
In addition, Omer (Lieutenant Colonel in the reserves) acts as reserve legal counsel for the IDF Residential Directorate, which serves to maintain quality of living for career soldiers by constructing residential projects all over the country.
Omer was recognized by The LEGAL 500 international ranking guide that recommended his achievements in Real Estate and Construction, and Urban Renewal.
