Congratulations to our firm clients, the Shapir Residents and Construction Ltd company, of the Shapir Engineering and Industry Group Ltd, that contracted an agreement with companies from the Nativ Development and Real Estate Group, for the joint performance of a project, as part of the “PLan and Build” tender, for the planning and building of an entire neighborhood that will include 836 new housing units alongside 200 housing units for assisted living, as well as public institutions, open public spaces, infrastructure facilities, commerce and employment areas, kindergartens and synagogues, in the 5d enclosure on Ramat Beit Shemesh.
