Assaf’s practice focuses on finance, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and high-tech.
Over the years, Assaf has taken part in the execution of many local and international high media profile large-scale transactions, including complex financing transactions, some of which were among the largest ever made in Israel, in the fields of real estate, industry, high-tech and transportation; he was also involved in sales and purchase transactions in the fields of heavy industry, high-tech, medical devices, defence and food & beverages.
Assaf provides legal advice to private and public companies, entrepreneurs and businesspersons on a wide range of competitive procedures, licensing agreements, franchise agreements and distribution agreements, and accompanies corporations in the fields of infrastructure, training, and defence industries.
In addition, Assaf provides legal advice to investment houses, pension funds and institutional bodies, including in the areas of financing and regulation, such as writing enforcement plans, drafting procedures and work routines. In relation to public share issues, he represented the controlling shareholder of an Israeli company in a public share issue on NASDAQ, and within a year launched a massive purchase offer worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
In addition, Assaf represents a number of key personalities and entities in the Israeli entertainment industry, including singers, actors, agencies and PR offices, in their day-to-day businesses.
