Adv. Roey Dotan, a partner in our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, wrote an article for the 50th publication of the Lawyer magazine issued by the Israel Bar Association.

In his article “Does stipulating foreign jurisdiction apply to officers in the company? Judgement interpretation and irony” Adv. Dotan refers to the Supreme Court ruling on the precedential issue of stipulated jurisdiction application in company contracts with officers of the company.
