Roey Dotan is a partner at our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department; he handles litigation in a variety of areas of commercial and civil law.

Roey has extensive experience in representing our clients in complex litigation proceedings in all areas of civil and commercial law, including corporate law, shareholder disputes, shareholder oppression lawsuits, derivative claims, intellectual property, trademarks, real estate, retail, Internet and communications, as well as in administrative proceedings including on tender petitions and petitions to the Supreme Court sitting as a High Court of Justice. 

Roey possesses particular knowledge and experience in litigation concerning international matters of private international law, attends international conferences on international arbitration and litigation and publishes articles in academic journals and others.   

In addition, Roey is a doctoral student at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in private international law (under the supervision of Prof. Celia Wasserstein Fassberg).”

Furthermore, Roey serves as the executive editor of “Hukim” (“Laws”) – The Israeli Journal on Legislation, an academic law journal published by the Sacher Institute at the Faculty of Law, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.  

Roey participates in panels and conferences on behalf of the Israel Bar Association, in the field of dispute resolution.

Roey was recognized as a recommended lawyer by ‘The LEGAL 500’ international ranking guide for his achievements in Dispute Resolution – Local Litigation and Arbitration.
