Adv. Helit Simchoni, a partner and head of our firm’s Labour Laws department, participated in the legal forum on labour laws held by Duns 100 – ranking leading companies in Israel, which was attended by prominent lawyers in the field. 

The forum discussed problems and possible solutions to the challenges facing the modern day employment world. 

Adv. Simchoni referred, inter alia, to the matter of sexual harassment at the workplace and the possibility of all persons being able to publish the matter of submitting a claim and to thereby disclose intimate details that breach personal privacy, despite the Labor Court authorization to discuss such claims in camera, according to the Equal Opportunities Law.
