The Tel Aviv District Court has granted an urgent application filed by our firm on behalf of the well-known Onot–Jump fashion chain, which recently encountered cash flow difficulties. Acting ex parte, the Court ordered a stay of proceedings against the companies and granted additional interim relief designed to enable the continued operation of the business and prevent irreversible harm to the companies and their creditors.

As part of its decision, the Court also approved interim financing of NIS 650,000 to ensure the payment of employees’ salaries.
