Our team has many years of experience and knowledge in providing legal advice in the field of corporate Liquidation and Receivership. The department team advises all interested groups in the event of a corporation’s insolvency, such as individual and grouped creditors (including bondholders), shareholders, executives, potential investors, and business partners, while striving for an optimal result.
Our partners are appointed as liquidators, receivers, trustees and special administrators in complex insolvency cases, wherein they outline and execute recovery and restructuring processes as well as realizations, investigations and claims, all the while contending with difficult crises and pressures.
In liquidation and receivership cases, the department cooperates fully with other relevant firm staff, such as the Commercial Litigation Department, the Banking and Finance team, the Labour Law Department, and the Taxation team.
