Congratulations to our firm’s clients Gindi Investments Group on receiving Form 4 – allowing building occupancy – for Tower 3 in the Gindi TLV project, the third of the project’s four towers, each of which houses 385 apartments.

Yesterday, Adv. Amir Amar, head of our firm, Adv. Omer Gadish, head of the real estate department and the real estate department team that have accompanied – and still are – all stages of the project, arrived to congratulate the company owners, Manor Gindi, Kfir Gindi and Uri Levy. 

The ceremony was attended, among others, by Ronen Ginzburg, CEO of Danya Cebus, which is constructing the building; Dr. Sumar Haj Yehia, Chairman of Bank Leumi Directorate and bank officials; senior officials from the Waxman Guvrin Geva management and supervision company; and Adv. David Amid from the law firm S. Biran.
