Our partner, Adv. Gidon Even-Or, participated in the CofaceBDi conference on “The AI Revolution in the Legal Profession.”

As part of the conference, Gideon took part in a professional panel discussing the adoption of artificial intelligence tools within law firms and the opportunities and challenges facing the legal profession in the AI era.

During the discussion, Gideon addressed the impact of AI on human capital within law firms, commenting: “One of the most significant developments we will see over the coming years is the structural transformation of law firms and the way legal teams are organised. Alongside a certain reduction in support roles, firms will establish dedicated teams for matters and projects that include knowledge managers and AI systems specialists. As AI increasingly takes over document analysis and drafting, lawyers will be able to devote more time to the integrated management of legal matters and to the aspects of legal practice that require emotional intelligence, sound judgment and interpersonal skills.”
