Our Law & Tech Department advises on technology transactions and regulation. We support the use of Open-Source software while managing the associated risks and ensuring compliance with the relevant licences; draft and negotiate software-development, cloud and SaaS agreements; and guide organizations through the implementation of new IT systems and migrations between systems, including the privacy, data-security and compliance aspects involved. We handle the full range of law-and-technology issues that arise in technology engagements, and advise on the monetization of content across digital platforms.
