Jack is one of Israel’s most experienced and respected legal professionals in the fields of telecommunications, regulation, technology and commercial law.

Over the course of nearly four decades with the Bezeq Group, including many years as General Counsel of Pelephone, Jacky advised on some of the most significant and complex commercial, regulatory and legal matters in the Israeli market. He was a member of the joint management team of Pelephone and yes, later served as General Counsel of Bezeq International, and led major regulatory, commercial and legal initiatives involving government authorities and regulators, while advising on strategic transactions, large-scale technology projects and innovation initiatives.

Jacky brings extensive experience in telecommunications, technology, regulation, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, privacy, cyber and artificial intelligence, as well as in advising boards of directors and senior management on strategic business decisions.

His arrival represents a significant addition to our partnership and further strengthens the firm’s capabilities in technology, telecommunications, regulation and strategic legal advisory services.
