Jack brings nearly four decades of experience advising on complex legal, commercial and regulatory matters at the highest levels of the Israeli communications and technology sectors. Prior to joining AYR, he served for approximately 40 years as General Counsel of Pelephone Communications and the Bezeq Group, where he played a key role in some of the most significant legal and regulatory developments in Israel’s communications market.
Throughout his career, Jack advised management teams, boards of directors and senior decision-makers on strategic transactions, regulatory processes and complex commercial initiatives, while leading engagements with government ministries, regulators and public authorities.
Jack’s practice combines extensive expertise in telecommunications and technology, regulation and government relations, privacy and cyber, artificial intelligence, commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, public tenders, and commercial and administrative litigation.
Among other matters, he advised on the establishment and operation of advanced telecommunications infrastructure, network-sharing arrangements, complex procurement transactions involving international suppliers, corporate restructuring processes and a broad range of legal issues arising from innovative and technology-driven businesses.
