Our firm is proud to be advising on a large-scale urban renewal project in Kiryat Bialik, centred on one of Israel’s most extensive evacuation and reconstruction (pinui-binui) schemes, involving the demolition of approximately 1,065 existing residential units and the construction of approximately 6,000 new residential units within a modern residential neighbourhood.
This project is among the largest urban renewal initiatives in Israel, and currently the most significant of its kind in northern Israel. It reflects the advancement of a comprehensive planning process, including a fundamental transformation of the area, the development of advanced infrastructure and the creation of a residential environment aligned with contemporary urban needs.
The project exemplifies the growing trend in the sector towards large-scale urban renewal initiatives, moving beyond isolated developments to the regeneration of entire neighbourhoods.
Adv. Eli Eshel, Partner, and Adv. Omer Malka, from the firm’s Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, represented A.T. The Israel Urban Renewal Company Ltd. and Ramot Ba’Ir, together with Ronen Asher Law Office.
