Eli Eshel is a partner at our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, heading the field of urban Renewal.

Eli has extensive experience in accompanying large-scale complex real estate transactions, hotel, residential and commercial projects, evacuation and rebuild, NOP (TAMA 38) transactions, , purchase groups, construction loans, equity completion transactions, liens, collateral, loans, zoning and real estate taxation.

He is one of Israel’s pioneers on urban city renewal and has accompanied many projects of evacuation and rebuild, TAMA reinforcement and TAMA demolition and reconstruction, many of which have been completed and delivered, and many more are in the construction and planning stages. He accompanies both large and small entrepreneurial companies, home owners and private land owners in the field of urban renewal and other fields of real estate.

Eli is one of the most prominent and respected lawyers in his field. He was a presiding member of the National Council on Urban Renewal in NadlanCity, has led the Urban renewal team to Israel’s Elite group in the rankings as well as being recognized  as one of the top three attorneys by homeowners for representation in the field of urban renewal.
Eli was also ranked a leader in his field in the category of attorneys by the Israeli Construction Center.

He is committed to voluntary public activities at Yad Sara, the Israel Police and more.

Eli was recognized by The LEGAL 500 international rating guide, which recommended his work in the fields of real estate and construction, and urban renewal; he was also awarded the accolade of ‘Leading Individual’.
