We extend our warm congratulations to our client TLC Group – the parent company of BUYME (Israel’s largest gift and experience platform), TeleMessage, and Guilty – on the completion of a strategic joint venture with MIMI NONO Restaurant Group, the operator of the renowned Asian restaurant chain Giraffe.

The new venture, with an estimated investment of NIS 15 million, will operate a network of physical stores and an online platform for same-day delivery of flowers and gifts to homes and businesses. The venture is expected to compete with leading players in Israel’s floral and gift market.
