Daniel Chinn is Head of the Hi Tech Department with specific expertise in representing venture capital and private equity funds together with companies in the technology industry at all stages of development, from establishment, through early stage investment up until merger or acquisition.
Prior to joining AYR, Daniel was a partner in the commercial and corporate department of Herzog, Fox & Neeman, a partner in Israel Seed Partners, a Jerusalem-based venture capital fund with close to $300m under management and a partner in the Commercial and Corporate Department of Tulchinsky Stern.
