About

Nathalie Biderman is a special counsel to our firm, and focuses on customer relations and international business development, mainly in Europe.

Nathalie is a foreign lawyer, working primarily with our Law and Technology, Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate and International Litigation and Arbitration departments.

She began her career as a lawyer in Paris, France, where she served as legal advisor to the Organizing Committee of the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, working for the most part in the fields of Intellectual Property, Advertising and Media.

In 1993, Nathalie joined the leading US law firm of White & Case in New York City and then, Cleary Gottlieb in Paris, where she generally dealt with mergers and acquisitions, accompanying multinational corporations in the context of their business development and corporate restructuring plans in Europe, particularly in the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors.

In 1999, Nathalie joined the Barcelona-based founding team of eDreams as Director of Legal Affairs & Business Development. After completing two LBOs (with TA Associates in 2006 and Permira in 2010), this startup is now one of the world’s largest online travel companies listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange.

In 2003, she joined the Havas Group, the sixth largest advertising and marketing group in the world, where she was responsible for the business development of the Havas International’s public affairs and PR network. In addition, she advised international companies, NGOs and high-profile individuals on their global communications strategies.

In 2013, with her notable legal and business experience and extensive global network, Nathalie founded Calya International, a consultancy firm dedicated to building business and investment bridges between European companies and the Israeli innovation ecosystem.

Member of the Supervisory Board of HighCo, a non-media communications group listed in compartment C of NYSE Euronext Paris (since 2013).

Israel Foreign Trade Adviser to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (since 2020).
