AYR represented Microsoft Corporation in a merger in which Microsoft purchased Equivo Ltd., an Israeli start-up which develops text analytics used in e-discovery processes which are part of the discovery process in US legal proceedings. On January 11, 2014, the Antitrust Authority approved the merger.
