Following an article published on February 25, 2021 on our firm’s website, the Nazareth District Court approved a creditors’ settlement for the long-standing construction company – Asik Infrastructure, and its shareholders’ guarantees for its debts – Boaz and Roni Seroussi.

The creditors’ settlement settles debts in the estimated amount of approximately 60 million NIS (of which approximately 20 million NIS is a debt guaranteed by personal guarantees of the shareholders).
