Adv. Oded Gross, a partner in the firm’s Litigation department, participated for the third time in the “Baltic Arbitration Days” conference in Riga, Latvia, that this year, due to the world-wide epidemic, took place online.
Adv. Gross participated in a panel entitled “Arbitration in Transport Related Disputes”, and lectured regarding “Enforcement of Arbitration clause in maritime law”.
The conference attended by 80 different arbitration professionals, as well as representatives of leading law firms from Israel, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine and the Baltic states.
