Today, on the occasion of Tu Bishvat, and in the spirit of growth and renewal, we are proud and pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners to the firm’s partnership – Adv. Katia Grossman Shilian and Adv. Gal Lavi, both from the firm’s Corporate Law Department.

Katia began her career at our firm as an associate in the Litigation Department and, after a short period, transitioned to the Corporate Law Department. She advises the firm’s clients – including entrepreneurs, real estate companies, food chains and retail networks – on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, franchise agreements, ongoing commercial agreements, corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Gal joined the firm’s Corporate Law Department several years ago and provides ongoing legal advice to public and private companies, with a particular focus on distribution agreements, agency agreements, and franchise and licensing agreements. Gal has particular expertise in representing commercial entities and leading business figures in the retail and wholesale sectors in general, and in the fashion and textile industries in particular.
