Eli Beloshevsky is an associate in our Labour Law Department; he specializes in litigating cases before the Labour Court and various other instances. 

Eli engages in a wide range of labour disputes: collective, individual, class actions and cases pertaining to social security, workplace discrimination and employment termination proceedings. 

Eli represents employers in the construction and infrastructure industries, accompanies local and international clients and provides legal advice in legal disputes and within their ongoing commercial activities, on a wide range of issues, with emphasis on labour law aspects on the one hand, and organizational HR aspects, on the other.

Furthermore, he handles recruiting procedures and negotiations, and drafts various agreements, including, inter alia, employment contracts, remuneration and retirement plans. Eli is also responsible for implementing policies, work plans and termination processes.
