Michal Efrat-Alperin is a partner at our Corporate Law Department; she has many years of experience in providing ongoing legal advice to private, public and municipal companies – in all areas of commercial and civil law, including the drafting of commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions.

Michal specializes in representing clients on all aspects of tender law, both companies participating in tenders and public entities conducting tenders, from the preparation of tender documents, through the representation of clients throughout all stages of the tender process until project completion. 

She has particular expertise in BOT tenders by local authorities for the establishment of large-scale projects, such as sports, leisure and commercial centres, and extensive experience in litigation in the field of tenders and administrative petitions at the various courts. 

With her extensive experience in the field of labour law, Michal provides ongoing legal counsel to employers on employee-employer issues, and to senior employees on issues of wages and benefits, especially for high-tech companies. 

Michal also specializes in representing employers in courts against employee lawsuits, including embezzlement and theft matters within the corporation. 

Michal has proficient on all aspects of commercial-business litigation, in lawsuits against contractors for construction and infrastructure projects and in defamation lawsuits; she has also accumulated many years of experience in representing class actions defendants, particularly in the field of tourism.

For many years Michal has served as legal counsel to various municipal companies, and as part of this service, provides them with ongoing legal advice in all areas of their operations, including handling assets, conducting tenders in various fields, contracting with consultants and employees, dealing with the Ministry of the Interior and consulting on regulatory aspects applicable to the company.
