Our firm held an online seminar for legal counsels on the subject of ‘Legal accompaniment of an energy and infrastructure project’, lead by the firm’s partners, during which they discussed the legal aspects of all phases of the project:

Adv. Gadiel Blusztein, a partner in the Corporate department, presented the procedural structure of the project and the necessary emphases in commercial agreements;

Adv. Michal Efrat-Alperin, a partner in the Corporate department, reviewed the emphases in the offer submitted for a tender – from the pre-tender phase until announcing the winners;

Adv. Gali Friedhof, a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, described accompaniment of the project from the engagement stage, and how to prevent dispute resolutions during and afterwards.
