Hon. Judge Prof. Oded Mudrik, Vice President (ret.) of the Tel Aviv District Court, serves as a special consultant to our firm. He is a faculty member professor at the Ariel University Faculty for Social Sciences and Humanities, an arbitrator and mediator. 

Fought as an infantry commander for the Jerusalem Division, Jerusalem front during the Six Day War, as a reserve infantry commander on the Har Dov -Hermon front during the Yom Kipper War and served as the historical review team leader for the armoured corps front headquarters during the First Lebanon War. 

For over two decades served as judge and vice president of the Tel Aviv Yafo District Court. His major fields of expertise include: criminal law (with emphasis on white-collar crimes, economic, securities and tax violations); administrative law (tenders, planning and construction, local authority regulations) and economic law (corporate governance, the capital market).

His previous positions include judge at the Military Appeals Court, legal advisor to the Israel Police, presiding judge for the GSS and Mossad disciplinary court, president of a district military court and Chief Military Defence Attorney. He retired from military service ranking Colonel, and was promoted during his reserve service to rank of Brigadier General. 

Alongside his judicial work, he was an adjunct lecturer at almost all law schools in Israel teaching military law, procedure and law of evidence. Prof. Mudrik published a basic book on Military Judgement and a series of articles in professional journals in the fields of his expertise as well as scores of opinion papers in the media. Prof. Mudrik is also author of the Hebrew Encyclopaedia entry on military law. 

Since his retirement from court presidency, he has served as an arbitrator and mediator on matters of commercial and administrative law, chairman of public organization audit committees and as president of the Israel Basketball Union supreme court.
