Adv. Avi Grossman, head of our firm’s Competition and Antitrust field, attended the EMEA convention by the international Lawyers Associated Worldwide legal network, which includes over 100 leading law firms worldwide, and lectured on the subject of criminal aspects of the Israeli Competition Law.

Adv. Grossman spoke of the Israeli Competition Law’s uniqueness, whereas all the prohibitions included therein are criminal on the principal level (albeit that on the practical level there are enforcement means that are not criminal with which some of the law’s prohibitions are handled). He further added and described prominent cases from recent years and past investigations conducted by the Competition Authority.
