We are pleased to represent and advise the apartment owners in the urban renewal project in the Biluyim neighbourhood in southern Ramat Gan, located at the intersection of Moshe Dayan and HaYarden Streets, covering an area of approximately eight dunams.

The project is expected to include approximately 430 residential units and approximately 1,300 sq m of commercial space. It forms part of the area’s ongoing regeneration, benefiting from its proximity to the light rail route, and is expected to transform the character of the entire neighbourhood.

The apartment owners are represented by our partners, Advs. Gadiel Blusztein and Eli Eshel.
