We, the leading law firms in Israel, join the statement issued by the Business Forum – representing some 200 of the country’s top business leaders – as well as the Israeli High-Tech Protest and the letter by heads of local authorities.

We declare that if the Government of Israel fails to comply with a court order, it will trigger a dangerous constitutional crisis and cross a fundamental red line.
Any entity that does not respect the rulings of Israeli courts forfeits its legitimacy.

We join the call on the Prime Minister to immediately affirm what should go without saying – that the Government of Israel will abide by the rulings of the Supreme Court and uphold the rule of law.
Only such a statement can halt the country’s accelerating internal deterioration.
