On 23.4.23 a discussion was held at the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, which approved the Privacy Protection Regulations (directives on the matter of information transferred to Israel from the European Economic region) 2023, subject to several amendments and important clarifications, that will be detailed in the following by our firm’s Law & Tech department.
