A significant achievement for our Litigation Department. In a judgment delivered yesterday (23 December 2025), the Tel Aviv District Court (Economic Division) awarded our clients a substantial sum of over NIS 55 million, as well as the right to be registered as shareholders in a number of companies – both private and public – in which the defendant, Mr Yigal Zilkha, had held our clients’ shares in trust.

The judgment was handed down following an exceptionally long and complex legal process (approximately 13 years), spanning multiple instances and numerous interim proceedings. The Court ultimately ruled that, as partners of Mr Zilka, our clients are entitled to significant financial and proprietary rights.

We are pleased for our clients that a particularly long and painful chapter has now come to a just conclusion, after years in which Mr Zilkha denied their status and rights.
